Privacy policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This policy describes what personal data we process when you write to us through a form on this site or book a consultation, and how we handle it.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Soflexity s.r.o., Školská 660/3, 110 00 Praha 1, company ID 29754186. You can reach us at info@soflexity.com.
What data we process
From the contact form: full name, e-mail, company name, optionally a phone number, and the text of your message. From the careers form: full name, e-mail, optionally a profile link, and the text of your message. When you book a consultation, data is also processed by the booking provider Cal.com.
Why we process it
We use contact form data solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to agree on working together. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract. Applicant data is used to assess the application and to get back in touch.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for the duration of the correspondence and then for a maximum of 24 months. Job applications are kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt. After that we delete them.
Who we share it with
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. We only use processors that are necessary to run the service: the server provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), an e-mail delivery service and the booking tool Cal.com. The site runs on our own server inside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and therefore needs no cookie consent. We measure traffic with our own instance of Umami, which stores no cookies, collects no personal data and cannot identify an individual visitor. The only cookie in use is a technical one holding your language preference.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@soflexity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
