From the contact form: full name, e-mail, company name, optionally a phone number, and the text of your message. From the careers form: full name, e-mail and, optionally, links to your profiles, the text of your message and a document you attach — a CV or a similar PDF or Word file. The attachment is not kept on the server; it travels with the e-mail into our inbox and falls under the same retention period as the rest of the application. When you book a consultation, data is also processed by the booking provider Cal.com.

We use contact form data solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to agree on working together. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract. Applicant data is used to assess the application and to get back in touch.

Enquiries are kept for the duration of the correspondence and then for a maximum of 24 months. Job applications are kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt. After that we delete them.

We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. We only use processors that are necessary to run the service: the server provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), an e-mail delivery service and the booking tool Cal.com. The site runs on our own server inside the European Union.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and therefore needs no cookie consent. We measure traffic with our own instance of Umami, which runs on our server inside the European Union and stores no cookies or any other data in your browser. We record the page visited, where you came from, the country, and the device and browser type. We do not store your IP address; it only serves to tell visits apart anonymously at the moment they happen. The only cookie in use is a technical one holding your language preference.

To learn which parts of the site make sense to people and where they lose interest, we capture heatmaps and recordings for a share of visits. A heatmap aggregates clicks and scrolling across visitors and cannot identify anyone. A recording captures mouse movement, clicks and scrolling within a single visit. All page text and form field content is masked while recording, so we cannot see what you read or what you typed into a form. The data stays on our server, we share it with no one, and we delete it after 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site; you can object to this processing at any time at info@soflexity.com.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@soflexity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
